Refund policy

30 days from delivery. If a piece doesn't work for you, send it back. Return shipping is $6, and we refund the rest to your original payment method within 2 business days of the piece arriving.


The piece needs to come back unworn, in its original condition, with the packaging it shipped in. Customized and final-sale pieces are not eligible.


If something arrives damaged or we sent the wrong piece, skip the portal. Email support@museori.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a prepaid label. We cover the return shipping in these cases.
