The short version
30 days from delivery to return or exchange.
Return shipping is $6, and we refund the rest within 2 business days of the piece arriving back.
If we sent the wrong piece or it arrived damaged, we cover the shipping.
What we can take back
The piece needs to come back unworn, in the condition it left here, with the packaging it shipped in. Customized pieces and final-sale pieces are not eligible.

We’ll send you step-by-step instructions.
For U.S. customers with a quality issue, we’ll send a prepaid return label.
How to start a return
If something's wrong with the piece, like it arrived damaged or wasn't what you ordered, skip the portal. Email support@museori.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a prepaid return label and either replace the piece or refund the full amount including the original shipping. You don't pay anything.
Otherwise, use the START A RETURN button below. The portal walks you through it in a couple of minutes.

Exchanges
Same 30-day window. The portal handles exchanges too.
If the piece you want is out of stock, you can pick another or take the refund instead.
When you'll see the refund
Once your return arrives here in original condition, we issue the refund within 2 business days to the card or account that paid. Your bank usually takes another 1 to 5 days to show it.
