At Museori, we want you to feel completely at home in your jewelry. If it isn’t quite right, we make returns and exchanges simple and stress-free.

 

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with packaging intact.

Customized or final sale items are not eligible for return.

 

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your return is due to a quality issue or an incorrect item, we’ll cover the shipping.

 

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@museori.com with your order number.

We’ll send you step-by-step instructions.

For U.S. customers with a quality issue, we’ll send a prepaid return label.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same 14-day window.

If the desired item is out of stock, you can choose another piece or request a refund.
